Life can sometimes bring painful falls, loneliness, and a sense of hopelessness. But for many, faith represents a new beginning, hope, and the strength to change. This is my testimony: through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, I was able to completely transform my life.
In the past, I was trapped in addictions and destructive habits. I drank alcohol every day, smoked three packs of cigarettes a day, and had no direction in life. I was a gambler, constantly spending time in casinos playing roulette, convinced that I would make a lot of money. I hoped that gambling would somehow bring me peace and acceptance from those around me because, during that period, I was lonely, rejected by my family, mocked and misunderstood by others, and left to fend for myself. A casino may look attractive and glamorous on the outside, but inside there is darkness and emptiness. Those who go there may think they have everything, when in reality they have nothing and are completely lost.
The turning point came in 2015, when I visited the Good News, Christian Church in North Macedonia. There, through Pastors Konstantin and Milena Kaysharov, I came to know the Lord Jesus Christ. Through Scripture, I learned how to walk the narrow path and place my complete trust in God, who is my Lord and my best friend.
A few years later, in 2019, my life received another great blessing. The Lord blessed me with a wonderful wife, Verica, whom I met at Church Good News. By God’s grace, we continued walking through life together, keeping our eyes fixed on the Lord Jesus Christ.
Today, our family consists of four members. In God’s timing and in His way, we were blessed with two beautiful and healthy daughters, and once again we were reminded that His plans for us are perfect. At the end, I would like to emphasize that a life of faith brings hope, peace, and daily miracles. When you have the Lord Jesus Christ in your life, every day becomes an opportunity to witness God’s miracles. Hallelujah!
